📖 QR Code Generator – User Manual

Welcome to the QR Code Generator Tool! This guide explains how to use the tool to create, customize, and download QR codes.

🔹 Step 1 – Enter Your Content

In the input box labeled “Enter text or URL”, type the content you want your QR code to contain. Examples include:

• Website link (https://example.com)
• Text message
• Phone number
• Any custom string

🔹 Step 2 – Choose QR Code Size

Select the size of your QR code from the dropdown menu. Options range from 150×150 px up to 500×500 px.

Recommended: 250×250 px for normal use, 400–500 px for printing.

🔹 Step 3 – Customize Colors (Optional)

Click the Foreground button to choose the QR code color, and the Background button to set its background color.

A color picker will appear below the button.

Default colors: Foreground = Black (#000000), Background = White (#ffffff).

🔹 Step 4 – Generate QR Code

Press the Generate QR Code button. The QR code will instantly appear below the input field.

🔹 Step 5 – Download QR Code

Click the Download QR Code button to save your QR code as a PNG image to your device.

🔹 Step 6 – Clear / Generate New QR Code

After downloading, click the Clear / New QR Code button to reset the tool and create another QR code.

• Use high-contrast colors (dark foreground on light background) for better scanning.
• Test the QR code with your smartphone before sharing or printing.
• Larger sizes work best for posters, flyers, or printed materials.
